The Canada Greener Homes Grant
The program runs until 2028 – but can only be claimed once per household
The Canada Greener Homes Grant will help homeowners make their existing homes more energy-efficient with financial assistance for home improvements. They have allotted 100,000 grants of up to $5,000 each year over the next 7 years. This grant is stackable with any other provincial, municipal, or privately-run program.

Saskatchewan Home Renovation Tax Credit
The program runs From October 1, 2020 – December 31, 2022
Under the new Saskatchewan Home Renovation Tax Credit, homeowners will be able to claim a 10.5% tax credit on up to $20,000 of eligible home renovation expenses. Saskatchewan homeowners taking full advantage of the program will be able to claim a maximum non-refundable tax credit of $2,100. Eligible expenses will include permanent additions to the home such as windows and doors, but will not include items like furniture, appliances, hot tubs, tools, or maintenance.

Manitoba Windows and Doors Rebate Program
Effective Dates: For products purchased and installed on or after October 1, 2021
Under the Manitoba Rebate Program, homeowners will be able to claim a $50 rebate on up to 20 eligible doors, patio doors, and windows that meet the criteria. Windows, patio doors, and entrance doors must be triple-pane and ENERGY STAR certified.

Connecticut Triple Pane Window Rebate
Eligible measure(s) must be purchased by December 31, 2022
Installing ENERGY STAR certified triple-pane windows saves you money on your energy bill and reduces greenhouse gas emissions. The Department of Energy estimates that you can save $125 to $465 per year just by installing new windows with higher ENERGY STAR ratings.
