Role Overview The Manager, IT Project Delivery and Digital Enablement is an enterprise leadership role that positions technology as an enabler of enterprise performance and integration. The role is accountable for translating business priorities into well-defined technology initiatives and delivering them with focus, discipline, and adoption across the organization. This role is required to support Kohltech’s future growth by leading the Technology Enablement strategic priority. Working in close partnership with enterprise leaders this role turns enterprise intent into practical systems, tools, and capabilities that strengthen integration across plants and shared services. The role complements the IT Operations and Support function by focusing on change, improvement, and future readiness, while maintaining close coordination to protect system stability and business continuity. Key Responsibilities Business Partnership and Strategic Alignment
  • Act as the primary IT partner to functional leaders across operations, sales, finance, human resources, and shared services
  • Translate enterprise priorities into clear and time bound technology initiatives and roadmaps
  • Advise leadership on how technology can simplify work, improve performance, and enable growth

Shipper – NOC 14400 (Dayshift and Nightshift hours – Debert, NS)

Job Summary: The Shipper will be responsible for the coordinating and loading of custom windows according to customer specifications and routing details. Key Responsibilities: Order Preparation and Packing
  • Inspect, measure, and prepare finished windows and parts for shipment.
  • Wrap glass and windows according to customer requests.
  • Safely package windows to prevent damage during transit.
  • Label items clearly with shipping details and customer information.
Shipping Coordination
  • Follow schedules for shipments with carriers or company trucks.
  • Create and verify shipping documents such as bills of lading and packing lists.
  • Communicate shipping timelines to the production and sales teams.
Quality Control
  • Inspect outgoing products for defects, ensuring they meet quality standards.
  • Report and document any damage or discrepancies before shipment.
Inventory Management
  • Track and manage stock levels of packaging materials and shipping supplies.
  • Update inventory systems with shipping and receiving data.
Equipment Operation
  • Use forklifts, pallet jacks, and other tools to load and unload shipments safely.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and storage of shipping equipment.
  • Use of hand tools for building wooden crates for replacement glass and glass being sent to other Kohltech facilities.
Compliance and Safety
  • Adhere to workplace safety guidelines and ensure safe handling of materials.
  • Follow company policies and industry standards for shipping and handling.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations (preferably in manufacturing).
  • Ability to read and interpret shipping documents and work orders.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods.
  • Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and shipping software.
  • Forklift experience would be an asset.
  Working Conditions:
  • The position involves working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, machinery, and various materials.
  • Proper personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn at all times.
