Peter Kohler Windows & Entrance Systems was once again the presenting sponsor of the Grand Day for Cobequid fundraising event.

On June 25, 2011 58 kayak and canoe enthusiasts embarked on a 12.5 km course on Grand Lake, Wellington NS paddling for the heart. Together with the generous support of many sponsors and donors, they raised $76,000 for an EKG unit to expand the cardiac care services at Cobequid Community Health Centre. In total Grand Day has raised $142,000 for cardiac care in our community.
